Mostly LJ updates today. I'll get to other things later.

If you're friends with me already (I friended you and you friended me), you obviously don't have to worry about the friends only entry. I just put it up because people have started friending me without saying anything, and I have no idea where some of them even came from anymore.

I changed my layout again. I actually haven't done that for a long time. I didn't mess with the CSS at all, just the image at the top. I wanted it to be tinted slightly red to match the rest of the layout but still in black and white. I set up the image header to show more than one person this time. Although, I had a hard time choosing the people I wanted to include. At first, I was trying to decide between John and Paul for a Beatle, then I said screw it, and chose George. I respect George a lot, though. Was going to include John Mayer, but I decided on Frank Sinatra instead. I never do anything with him in it, and I like him more than I let on.

I updated my 2010 scrapbook somewhat. I have to add a few other things I missed to it. At least it didn't sit for half a year like it did last year. I've got a lot to add to it still.

I'm also going through and working on my tags. I want to clean them up and get rid of the ones I don't use anymore or really don't care to have anymore. I like some of my silly tag names, but I'm also going to make them easier to find.

I know I said I wasn't going to do a picspam for the Idol 2010 finale, but I've got something else in mind. Since it is the end of the Simon era, I wanted to do a couple of things for it. I also wanted to put Lee somewhere here since I did want him to win this year.

So, I'm searching "Jon Bon Jovi" and Google pulls up "jon bon jovi divorce" as the number one search. I wonder if I've missed something, and then I realize it's just people confusing Jon and Richie again. BECAUSE EVERYONE KNOWS JON IS REALLY THE ONLY MEMBER OF THE BAND. THE REST OF THE GUYS YOU SEE ON STAGE AND IN THE PICTURES ARE JUST MARIONETTES.

Anyway, most of the stuff I didn't finish tonight will be finished in a couple of days, so excuse the mess. I'm far too tired to work on stuff tonight. I should have gone to bed a while ago now anyway.

I have not had this kind of a reaction to an Idol contestant during the auditions in forever. I probably would have squeed and made more noises had my roommate not been in the next room. There was a lot of kicking and squirming, though.

So he can sing "Bohemian Rhapsody" and was in Wicked? *iz ded* What are the odds he's gay?

Yes, someone already compared his hair to David Cook's. And there is the musical theatre. Hmm. Regardless, they still sound different.

ETA: So, uh, it looks like he started in the original touring cast of Wicked, which I saw when I was in San Francisco in the summer of 2005 (sans Stephanie J. Block who was out with an injury...but yay for Eden!). O_O I'm so going home and digging up my program this weekend. He was just in the company but ended up a Fiyero understudy in Los Angeles, if my source is right. It's a good night.
